A simple weekly planning tool for keeping office tasks organized and easy to track.
Limitations and safety notes
- Built and tested for Microsoft Excel desktop. Excel Online and LibreOffice open it, but a few formatting details may shift.
- The workbook contains no macros, no scripts, and no external connections. It does not send data anywhere.
- Do not store confidential employee data in a shared copy unless the folder and sharing settings are appropriate. The workbook is a planning tool, not a secure personnel system.
- The automatic summaries use formulas over the rows you fill in. If you delete rows or columns, recheck the summary formulas.
Version history
- 1.0 — 25 September 2026: first release.
- Last reviewed: 4 October 2026. Formula behaviour checked; the guidance above was added.
