Publisher: sarojkc.com.np is an independent personal website written and maintained by Saroj KC (Kathmandu, Nepal). Full background is on the About page.
1. What this site publishes
This website publishes practical writing in four main areas:
- HR and management — recruitment, onboarding, performance, attendance, HR documentation, and everyday people-management practice.
- Compliance — documentation systems, internal audits, corrective actions, registers, records, and audit readiness, with a focus on Nepali workplaces.
- Ethical recruitment — fair, transparent, worker-first recruitment practice, including zero-cost recruitment and overseas employment documentation.
- Digital work and technology — spreadsheets, office software, file organisation, Windows maintenance, AI tools, and website or workflow basics.
A smaller Personal Insights category covers lessons from professional life and, occasionally, selected current affairs in Nepal. Current affairs content is secondary to the professional focus of the site.
2. Who writes the articles
Every article is written or finalised by Saroj KC, who works in HR, compliance, and recruitment operations. Articles usually combine:
- Direct professional experience — processes, documents, and problems handled in real offices in Nepal and Qatar.
- Research — official publications, government notices, industry guidance, or reliable journalism.
- Practical testing — tools, templates, and scripts that have been used or reviewed before being published.
Where an article relies mainly on personal experience, it is written in the first person and says so. Where it relies mainly on research, the sources are listed.
3. Sourcing and fact-checking
For factual claims — statistics, government decisions, legal or regulatory requirements, casualty figures, technical findings, or dates — the aim is to:
- Prefer primary and authoritative sources: government departments, official reports, international organisations, and named news agencies.
- Link to the source so readers can check it themselves.
- Name the source in the text where a claim may be contentious or could change.
- Avoid presenting developing information as settled fact.
Articles that discuss current events include a Sources and further reading list. Articles on laws, regulations, or compliance requirements include a note that requirements can change and that readers should verify current rules with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.
If a claim cannot be verified, it is either labelled as unverified, attributed to those making it, or left out.
4. Opinion, analysis, and scenarios
Analysis and opinion are clearly separated from reported fact. Where an article discusses possible future outcomes (for example, political scenarios), it is labelled as analysis or scenario discussion, not prediction. Editor’s notes are added at the end of articles where this distinction matters.
5. Corrections
Mistakes are corrected rather than hidden.
- Small errors (typos, broken links, formatting) are fixed and the page is updated.
- Factual errors are corrected, and a short correction note is added to the article stating what changed.
- Substantial updates are recorded in the article’s updated date.
To report an error, email sarojkcpro@gmail.com with the article title and the specific sentence or claim. Correction requests are reviewed within a few working days, and updates are published on the next site build.
6. Editing tools and AI
Writing and editing tools — including spelling, grammar, translation, and AI assistants — may be used to structure drafts, tidy language, or suggest improvements. Every published article is reviewed, edited, and approved by Saroj KC before publication, and the author remains responsible for the accuracy of everything published here. Content is not published automatically by a tool, and no article is published without human review.
7. Advertising and sponsored content
- This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense or other advertising partners. Advertisements are delivered by third parties and are not selected or endorsed by this website.
- Advertising has no influence on what is written, which products are mentioned, or how they are described.
- If a post is ever sponsored, paid for, or written as part of a commercial partnership, that relationship will be clearly disclosed at the top of the article.
- Affiliate links, if used in future, will be disclosed in the same way.
- Free resources and templates published here are provided without payment from any third party.
8. Comments and reader submissions
Reader comments are moderated before publication. Comments are published only when they are relevant, civil, and free of spam, personal data about third parties, or unverified accusations. Moderating a comment does not mean the site agrees with it. See the Privacy policy for how comment submissions are processed.
9. Resources and downloads
Downloadable templates, checklists, and toolkits are provided as practical examples. Each resource page explains what the file contains, who it is for, and its limitations. They are generic working documents, not legal advice, and should be adapted to your own organisation and current requirements. Technical resources such as scripts are provided for review-first, educational use — see the Terms of use for details.
10. Independence
This site is independently owned and written. It is not owned by, funded by, or directed by any employer, agency, political party, or commercial interest. Where a professional role or experience is relevant to an article, it is stated in the article or on the About page.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to content published here, can be sent through the Contact page or by email to sarojkcpro@gmail.com.
