HOW TO READ THE TOOLKIT REPORTS

PC Health Report
- Uptime: A PC that has not restarted for many days may benefit from a normal restart after saving work.
- Memory: If the PC regularly slows down while several work programs are open, more RAM may help.
- Disk space: Keep about 15% free space on the Windows system drive where possible.
- Protection status: Investigate warnings in Windows Security or your organisation's approved antivirus product.

Startup Items Report
- The report lists common startup entries. A listed item is not automatically bad.
- Check the publisher and purpose first. Use Task Manager > Startup apps for normal enable/disable controls.
- Leave security, business, printer, VPN, keyboard/mouse, and IT-management tools alone unless you know their purpose.

Storage Report
- Below 15% free: review personal files and Windows Storage settings.
- Below 10% free: address the problem soon; system updates and normal work can become unreliable.
- A full drive does not always mean hardware failure. Do not use a “cleaner” tool before reviewing the cause.

System Health Diagnostic
- This report performs scans only. It does not repair anything.
- A non-zero exit code or a warning is a reason to review the log or consult IT, not a reason to paste random repair commands from the internet.
